About Me
Hi, I’m Luca Cara, a 22-year-old student from Richmond Hill, Ontario. This website carries the title personal portfolio because it’s exactly that — a space that reflects my experiences, interests, and the path I’m building for myself. With this being said, my day-to-day life includes spending time with my family and friends, playing sports, and, when I can, I love to travel!
My Hobbies
Sports have been a part of my life since I was four years old. I grew up playing competitive hockey, which became the highlight of my weekends and helped form friendships I still value today. Along the way, I also played soccer and basketball, reinforcing my love for competition and teamwork. Today, I continue to play in men’s hockey and soccer leagues, and I’ve recently added competitive esports to the mix — another way I enjoy challenging myself and staying connected with friends.
Family and Friends
Since I was born, my family and friends have been an important part of my life. From enjoying weekend brunches and summer with my grandparents growing up, to spending time with and enjoying the company of my parents and sister every day. Holidays are always filled with joy when the family gets together, spending time with close ones and even distant relatives. I can’t remember a time in my life when I was not surrounded by close friends. Since preschool, to elementary school, high school and University, I have made friendships that will last a lifetime.
